The staff (doctors, nurse and midwives) were really supportive and always there for us. By far, the best hospital experience we ever had. Staff was always there to support us and answer any questions we have again and again with a smile. We are really impressed the way our baby and even us as parents were supported in this difficult time.
Please carry on doing what you are doing. Thank you NHS (again all staff)

The members of the team who visited us were all lovely. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
The thing we didn't like was that we never knew when they were coming. We would get a call 30-45 minutes before they wanted to visit. I can see that it suits them and probably makes them more efficient as a team but it isn't very customer / patient focused.
The other thing I would query is how beneficial it is having so many different people visit. Some of the visits were definitely longer because we were going over things that had already been discussed with someone else.

The neurology consultant who dealt with my mums condition was amazing . He was very caring , very understanding and he listened to our concerns . He gave the right treatment plan and he made everything clear to us .
